Adler Chalet
Description
The Adler Chalet was built in 2021 as a wooden building with local woods and is the jewel of s'Gmiatli. The grandiose panoramic view with penthouse feeling will make you forget everyday life as soon as you enter and experience an unforgettable vacation. The impressive panorama with windows in all directions and views of the mountain and forest does the rest.
The alpine-urban vacation apartment Adler Chalet with about 130 m² offers space for six people to relax. The two bedrooms (bathroom and WC en suite) with panoramic glazing in front of the bed, give you the feeling of freedom - that's how an eagle must feel. The third sleeping place is in the living area on the luxurious sofa bed. The communicative living area, which invites you to be together and makes your vacation with friends or family unforgettable, is worth highlighting. Especially exclusive is the private panoramic sauna with relaxation room in the attic, which can be reached via a staircase in the apartment. The shared garden is easily accessible via the elevator.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, sauna towels, bathrobes, private sauna, parking with canopy, free charging of electric vehicles, Nespresso machine with 10 coffee capsules and a basic supply of tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. and other inclusive services.

Payment Arrangements & Deposit
For the processing of the payments your registered credit card data or the data of the direct bank transfer are used. 20% of the accomodation price on booking, 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Free parking places are available directly at the object. You will receive the detailed information 5 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free.
Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
